The overall rating is at its lowest level since March of 2012</strong>.</li><li><strong>On the auction market, activity is down from last month</strong> despite plenty of activity online and some live events coming back onto the calendar.</li><li>Activity on the <strong>private market last month was at its lowest to date, but it rebounded this month to its highest level since April of this year</strong>.</li><li>One measure in the Hagerty Market Rating is the number of mainstream and high-end vehicle owners who believe that values are rising. That number has been dropping for both mainstream and high-end owners for several years, but it bounced back this month with a small but surprising gain.</li><li>Despite the activity on the private market and higher owner optimism, a <strong>lower level in optimism from market experts and external market forces helped push the overall rating down for this month</strong>.</li></ul></p>
