Activity in the private market is up this month as well, after keeping flat in November.</li><li>One measure in the Hagerty Market Rating is the number of vehicle owners who believe that values are rising. <strong>The number of both mainstream and high-end vehicle owners expressing that belief increased for the second consecutive month</strong>.</li><li>External market forces (like the stock market and home prices) along with optimism expressed by market experts also helped push the Hagerty Market Rating up for the final month of this eventful year.</li></ul></p>
