<p><ul><li>After experiencing its largest decrease since 2008 last month, the <strong>Hagerty Market Rating notched a small increase to 60.92, although this is still substantially lower than it was at the beginning of the year and for all of 2019</strong>.</li><li>With live auction events canceled, postponed or moved online for at least the next several weeks, the auction activity section of the rating continued to drop. <strong>The private market, meanwhile, recorded a small increase. Web-based auction platforms also continue to see strong traffic</strong>.</li><li>The number of both mainstream and high-end vehicle owners who believe that values are increasing is lower again this month. For both mainstream and high-end owners, the numbers are at their lowest to date.</li><li><strong>Collector car market experts expressed more optimism this month than last</strong>, but external market volatility kept the correlated instruments section of the rating down.</li></ul></p>
