<p><ul><li>For November, the Hagerty Market Rating experienced its <strong>third consecutive increase. The increase was small, however, withthe rating only growing 0.05 to 65.29</strong>.</li><li>On the <strong>auction market, there was a drop in the number of cars sold compared to October, while on the private market there was an increase in both the average sale price and in the number of cars selling for above their insured value</strong>. These changes in both auction and private markets were minor.</li><li><strong>The number of owners expressing the belief that values of their vehicles are rising continues to decrease</strong>. For both the owners of mainstream and high-end vehicles, the number is at its lowest point in several years.</li><li>The biggest <strong>increases for November, meanwhile, came from optimism expressed by market experts as well as from external market forces thanks to a strong S&P 500.</li></ul></p>
